Laboratory Tests

If you are in need of laboratory testing at your veterinary hospital, please print out the appropriate form and and please send, along with the sample to be tested, to the Veterinary Laboratory of Rochester. If you would like one of our couriers to pick up your sample, please call us at 585-424-1295 to arrange courier pick-up.
